EMIS Instructions to Import Referral Form

Follow these step by step instructions to import the EMIS Referral Form.

1. You will need to be logged in to EMIS with sufficient user rights e.g. Practice Manager
2. To access Resource Publisher, click EMIS button , point to Configuration, and then select Resource Publisher.
3. In the navigation pane, click the Document Templates.
4. Select the folder where you want to save the imported template and then, on the top ribbon, click Import.
5. On the Open screen, navigate to and select the required template, and then click Open.
6. The template is imported to the selected folder.
7. Most important is to then activate the document template by selecting the template and select Complete in the top toolbar
8. The template should then work on the computer. For the template to work on a computer you will likely need to log off EMIS, log back on, and it should work.
9. If not, overnight the system will update and the next day the referral form can be used
