Follow these step by step instructions to import the Referral Form to SYSTEM ONE.

STEP 1

  • Click set-up – Referral & Letters – Word Letter Templates

  • Click Import Templates

  • Navigate to the saved letter templates

  • This template is now ready to use within a patients record
